Food Truck Friday at Tower Grove Park offers outdoor eating at its best! Enjoy some of St. Louis’ best food trucks during this outdoor dining event!

At this event, various alcoholic beverages, such as frozen drinks from Narwhal’s Crafted and beer from 4 Hands and Schlafly, will also be on sale.

Dynamic Dishes

Kurt Bellon’s charming Japanese firetruck serves up smiles and grumbling stomachs with delicious fruit-and-cream sandos and delectable katsu options on delicious milk bread – creating smiles along the way.

This Tex-Mex restaurant features street tacos, nachos, and quesadillas with chicken or fajita sirloin as protein options; chips, guacamole, and rice can also be ordered as side dishes.

Scoops’ creamy dairy-free water ice is famously smooth. At this event, they will offer 23 flavors to enjoy and their delectable shaved ice treats with customized toppings for only $10.99 – preorder online to skip the line!

The truck offers ice cream, cotton candy, smoothies, and blended ice cream coffee drinks; its Facebook page keeps customers up-to-date with locations and times.

Kamalo Buum owns and operates his food truck; he recently left corporate life to follow his passion for cooking. His specialty is Tex-Mex cuisine, such as street tacos and nachos with sirloin or chicken fajita.

Sadie’s bright yellow truck has made its fifth annual return. A staple at Dells Auto in Dell Rapids for Food Truck Monday and downtown’s Fridays on the Plaza from May 27 through September, it also makes appearances at small-town festivals and girls’ softball games throughout South Dakota. Larry and Lincoln help with payroll and scheduling matters for her truck.

Sugaree Shaved Ice

Sugaree Shaved Ice is a food truck inspired by Grateful Dead band members Jerime and Juliana Francis that provides shaved ice in four sizes (mini to jumbo) with an impressive list of toppings. Their truck has become a fixture at local music events; look out for their colorful tie-dye-covered truck at Tower Grove Park’s event!

Sauce Magazine’s Food Truck Friday returns to Tower Grove Park from 4-8 p.m. this Friday from 4-8. The event is free to attend, with parking along Southwest Drive available nearby. Be sure to bring blankets or chairs for seating, and speed passes are also available if you want to skip lines at individual trucks. You can learn more about it all on its website.

Truck-O-Soup

Adding soup to your food truck menu can be an easy and profitable way to increase profits without wasting too much time and resources. Critical ingredients for success are locally sourced products with in-season harvest. Garnishes also help make the soup more appealing.

This Grateful Dead-inspired truck offers an assortment of flavors in its tie-dye shaved ice truck. Their menu includes tacos, quesabirria, taquitos, and desserts such as flan and tres leches cake.

Leroy Mitchell and Jenny have created an innovative food truck dedicated to soup. Serving five days per week at EWU and catering events as needed, their location can often be found via their Facebook page.

Mission Taco

Mission Taco will open its newest branch at Clayton Village Shopping Center’s 1000 Woods Mill Plaza to serve around 160 guests – part of its expansion plan in St. Louis, where they also operate a concession stand at Busch Stadium.

Tortilleria and Milagro Modern Mexican owners Jason and Adam Tilford bring their expertise from Tortillaria and Milagro Modern Mexican to this menu, which blends classic dishes such as carne asada with less expected options like nopales (cactus) and grilled tofu and features featherlight tres-leches cake as well as creative gelato flavors such as strawberry basil.

They offer their private label tequila, made of highland and lowland Blue Weber agave from highlands and lowlands of Mexico.

Duchess Rose Royal

Duchess Rose Royal is a gourmet comfort food truck boasting delectable flavors and offerings from delicious options, such as loaded fries, plant-based burgers and sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken & waffles, and much more. They also provide catering services for events and businesses – offering free face painting, balloon animals, and musical instrument petting zoos for kids as part of their unique experience!

Mr. Papas 2 Go

Mr Papas 2 Go is a food truck that serves gourmet-quality loaded baked potatoes and offers other comfort foods and beverages at reasonable prices while offering fast service near Cancun Wax Museum.

Carlos says 2020 looked promising for them until COVID-19 hit, canceling wedding bookings and catering gigs they had planned on doing. Now, however, they’re offering their delicious cuisine at The Coop at Soho on Northbourne Avenue and Morphett Street in Dickson; additionally offering heat-and-eat empanada packs delivered directly to your home and providing the opportunity for you to introduce Peruvian cuisine into your household!

Fire & Ice

Fire & Ice is an ice cream truck offering old-fashioned vanilla, chocolate, and mint chip ice cream in cones or cups, thin cookie wafer sandwiches and shakes, and catering services and events. They specialize in their signature Dipstix dessert: vanilla or chocolate ice cream covered in crisp, semi-sweet chocolate and then rolled with salted almonds! Events are free, but please bring seating (blankets or chairs); speed passes may be purchased online to bypass lines at particular trucks, and alcohol is also sold. Beer from 4 Hands and Schlafly, wine from Noboleis Vineyards, and frozen cocktails from Narwhal’s Crafted are all available.
